Yes, thoroughly. Every unit is fully sanitized between rentals, and all contact components (nasal cannula, tubing, and any other parts that touch you) are brand new for each guest. We'd never cut corners here.

We walk you through this at delivery. Most guests use a flow rate of 1–3 L/min for overnight wellness support. You can adjust it up or down on the unit based on comfort. There is no minimum or maximum time you need to use it — you can turn it off if you wake up or adjust it freely throughout the night.

Yes. Our units are compatible with CPAP and BiPAP machines. If you use a CPAP, let us know when you book and we'll bring the appropriate adapter and tubing. It's a common request and takes about 5 minutes to set up.

We offer full refunds for cancellations made at least 4 hours before your scheduled delivery. For cancellations with less than 4 hours notice, we charge a $25 same-day cancellation fee. No-shows are charged the first night of the rental.
