Same-day delivery is available when you book by 4pm. During peak ski season (December–March), we recommend booking 24 hours ahead to guarantee availability.
Pro tip: Book for your first night even if you're arriving late. Altitude affects sleep from the very first night, and that's when most guests feel it most.

Every unit ships in a carry bag with a laminated quick-start card inside. Three steps: plug in, set your flow rate (1–3 L/min is typical), put on the nasal cannula. You're up and running in under two minutes.

Prefer a walkthrough? Text us when you're getting set up and we'll guide you through it in real time. We're available every day 7am–10pm.
When your rental ends, simply leave the unit at the hotel front desk or outside your door before checkout. We'll come pick it up — no need to be there, no scheduling required on your end.
The return instruction card in the bag tells you exactly what to do. Most guests leave the bag at the front desk and we retrieve it within a few hours. That's it — you're done.
Checkout tip: Just let the front desk know you're leaving a bag for Aeris pickup. They handle it daily — it's a familiar process for most Utah hotel staff.
